Two West Virginia University basketball players are being arraigned on charges they scuffled with police at Pittsburgh's baseball stadium and were drinking underage. Joe Mazzulla and Cam Thoroughman, both 20, were arrested on Monday at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. They have been charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and underage drinking.
